Shipping policy

The Columbus GmbH shipping guidelines apply exclusively to all orders placed through the Columbus GmbH shop. Products purchased through a dealer or a third party are outside the area of responsibility of Columbus GmbH.

Shipping information

Columbus GmbH works with different parcel service providers. In order to offer you the best possible service, Columbus GmbH reserves the right to select the right service provider for your order. The service provider depends on your region and the size of your order.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs are shown after the country selection on the checkout page.

Delivery time

Generally the delivery time within Europe is two to five working days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday on working days; Public holidays are excluded. Please note that bad weather, main shopping seasons or public holidays can delay the delivery of your order.


Returns

If you are not satisfied with your Columbus products, you can return them without reason within 14 days from delivery. If an item has been delivered damaged or incorrectly or parts are missing, please contact Columbus Customer Service via our website.

What items can be returned?

Columbus only takes back items that were bought on our website. We do not accept products that you bought from another dealer. Personalized items cannot be returned.

All returned items must:

  • be in their original condition;
  • be originally packed;
  • be complete (including all parts, accessories, instructions for use, etc.).

 

Important information about your return

The customer bears the costs for the return of goods.

Please note that the shipping costs for the delivery remain even if the delivered items are returned. Our Columbus Customer Service will be happy to help you with any questions.

What returns will not be refunded?

Items that are missing components, parts, original packaging, packaging material, content, accessories and / or user manuals will not be refunded. Items returned 14 days after delivery will not be refunded. Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.
